Не понимаю как работает приложение или компания Летуаль. Хочу сделать заказ, нет возможности выбрать ближайшей точки, захожу смотрю какие варианты есть чтобы где то купить по Москве, 2 пункта в северо-восточной части один на юго-западе все на всю Москву где тысячи магазинов Летуаль можно только в 3 магазинах забрать, при этом только часть можно забрать заказа и доставка тоже только 1 товара из 2 , вы серьезно?? В общем странная ерунда как будто денег самой компании особ нужны.

Цены на карточках товара и корзине, могут вырасти х2 на этапе оплаты. При выборе получить все товары вместе, заказ делиться на 3 с получением через месяц!!!

Никому не рекомендую эту контору! Сделала заказ 30 августа. Доставку назначили в пункт выдачи на 3 сентября, сейчас 5 число, заказ так и не пришел. Все это время поддержка кормила завтраками, в итоге ответили сегодня, что ориентировочная дата доставки 6 сентября. "Ориентировочная", что значит, что они опять не гарантируют доставку в срок. Поддержка отвечает невпопад, оператор заканчивает диалог, когда сам написал ожидать ответа. Отвратительный опыт, никому не советую пользоваться их услугами.
