My MTS is an app that lets you easily check your balance and expenses, set up a plan, activate services for mobile devices, home, and more, and manage MTS ecosystem services.

A virtual secretary, spam protection, call recording, caller ID, and services for children, leisure, safety, and health are available. A voice assistant is also available.

CONTROL YOUR EXPENSES AND REMAINING GB, MINUTES, AND SMS
Keep track of your expenses and those of your loved ones, download itemized bills, check your remaining minutes, SMS, and GB of data, and analyze your spending—data for the past six months is available.

REFILL YOUR BALANCE AND FINANCE MANAGEMENT
Check your balance, pay for everything you need, and transfer money from your MTS account or card within Russia and abroad. You can top up your balance through the Fast Payment System (SBP), from a card, or by setting up autopayment.

PROTECTION FROM SPAM CALLS AND SCAMMERS
The Defender digital security service will identify the number calling and block fraudulent and spam calls. It will answer unwanted calls containing potential advertising for you, record them, and send you a transcript. "Safe Call" will analyze the conversation using AI and warn you during the call if you are talking to a potential scammer. "Protector for Friends" will send a notification if a loved one is talking to a potential scammer. And if you have lost money to scammers, "Fraud Insurance" will help you recover up to 1.5 million rubles.

Caller ID will display information about an unknown number: category, region, and carrier. Call filtering and antispam work in the background. "Personal Data Leak Analysis" searches for your confidential information online and, if found, suggests what to do next.

FAMILY GROUP
Create a Family Group to save on communication costs with your loved ones, stay up-to-date on each other's locations, and manage numbers and plan settings together. Take better care of your family with enhanced security options.

MTS SECRETARY
If you can't answer a call, the Secretary will take it. She'll help when it's inconvenient to pick up—at a meeting, at the theater, or in a noisy place. If you don't answer within 20 seconds, the Secretary will do it for you and then send you a recording of the call and a transcript. They can also transfer the call to a chat: the other person's words will be sent to you as messages, and the Secretary will read your responses in real time.

INTELLIGENT CALL RECORDING
My MTS features automatic call recording for both incoming and outgoing calls over the mobile network and through the app. Conversation recordings are saved in audio format and as a text transcript. Files are stored in the cloud, so they don't take up phone memory and are always available in the app. Call recordings help you revisit the call and recall important details.
