You can check the balance and top-up transport cards of the Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir, Kirov and Mari El regions in the Siticard mobile app.

Wherever you are and at any time you will be aware of the current state of your transport card. Just launch the Siticard app from NovaCard JSC and hold your transport card on the back of your NFC phone.

You can issue a virtual transport card in the app on phones with NFC. A virtual card with a favorable tariff is always at hand, top-up is instant and the balance is always up-to-date. The app allows you to issue multiple virtual cards. Conditions and the possibility of issuing virtual transport cards are determined separately for each region.

If your phone does not support NFC, you can find out the balance by barcode or number of your transport card.

You can top-up a transport card using a payment card of any bank without a commission. It is also possible to change the tariff of the transport card to a more suitable one for you.

Top-up operations by number of the transport card, paid through Sberbank Online or Siticard website, can also be written to the transport card in the Siticard app. To do this, you need to sign into your profile or register. Writing is only possible on phones with an NXP certified NFC controller.

ATTENTION: If your phone does not fully support NFC transport services, the operations for Nizhny Novgorod transport cards can be written in the balance terminals in the Nizhny Novgorod Metro or MFC. The replenishment and prolongation operations for all kind of cards can be written in the transport validator when traveling the next day after payment (tariff change operations cannot be written in transport validator).

You will find out in the Siticard app everything about your trips using your transport card. You will be able to clarify not only the date and time of the trip, but also the type of transport, route number, as well as the tariff at which the fare was paid.
