Ресо - хорошая и надёжная фирма с плохим и безнадёжно устаревшим приложением. Это приложение переносит вас лет на 10-15 в прошлое. Про UX разработчики не слышали, UI убогий, автоматизация минимальная - заявки заполняются видимо операторами вручную с пропуском полей и ошибками, контакты клиник написаны вручную всей кучей так, что из приложения связаться невозможно. В общем, крайне неудобно. Пожалуйста, найдите специалистов и обновите приложение нормально.
