Log in through a verified Gosuslugi account, and your property will be loaded automatically.
With the help of the application, users can:
— transmit readings of all meters of various utilities;
— pay all bills for housing and communal services;
— submit applications to the management organization and receive official responses;
— answer calls to the intercom and control access to the entrance;
— vote at general meetings of owners;
— communicate with confirmed apartment owners in official house chats;
— study the annual reporting of the management organization;
— report accidents to the emergency dispatch service;
— view CCTV cameras and control the barrier or gate;
