My points were taken away after playing consistently from 2019. I tried to play on 08/12 and 08/13 2025 but there were technical issues with the app. I don't know if I was the only person affected and now I feel so disillusioned I don't feel like playing the game again. 08/15: Can't access game again. I have done all the troubleshooting suggestions.

Word challenges providing regular brain exercise. Since the latest update (October '25) pop-ups have started appearing at regular intervals warning that my 'phone is infected by viruses whenever I am playing the game. They are clearly malicious and don't appear in connection with any other apps.

I've played this game off & on for many years. I've stopped playing several times because I don't like the way they're doing ads or the game is glitchy. I'm moving away this time because they're taking me to websites without my permission. Some say there's a virus on my phone and I need to click here to resolve it. Also, currently after you watch an ad you can't get back to the game without clicking the icon for Google Play. It doesn't feel like a safe app. Not cool guys. You need to do better.

it's a very addicting game, but now when starting the game comes up blank. I tried clearing the cache which worked but now it doesn't. Getting ready to uninstall it because it doesn't work anymore.
