Seeda Driver vVARY

Seeda Driver is a platform application designed for independent drivers to manage and complete scheduled and on-demand transportation services arranged through the Seeda system. Drivers using the Seeda platform can view upcoming ride assignments, track trip details, navigate to pickup and drop-off locations, and manage communications related to their rides.

This application is intended for individuals who have been approved as driver partners through the Seeda onboarding and compliance process. It is not intended for general public use or for rider-side access.

Core Functionality Includes:
- Access to assigned rides including scheduled pickup time, passenger details (as permitted), and route information.
- In-app navigation tools to assist with pickup and drop-off accuracy.
- Real-time updates and notifications for trip status, cancellations, or rescheduling.
- Communication tools to reach support staff when operational assistance is required.
- Access to ride history and earnings summaries.
- Optional tools to provide availability, accept new ride requests, or pause availability.

Driver Eligibility Requirements:
To access this application and perform transportation services through the Seeda system, drivers must:
- Complete a full onboarding process including background screening and vehicle verification.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage as required by applicable state or local laws.
- Operate in regions or markets currently supported by Seeda LLC.
- Adhere to Seeda’s Driver Agreement, platform usage policies, and applicable transportation regulations.

Safety & Support:
The application includes tools to support operational safety and trip transparency. Riders are required to provide verified contact information and confirm acceptance of Seeda’s policies at the time of account creation. Support staff are available during operating hours for issue resolution, trip assistance, or rider-related concerns.

Data Privacy and Use:
Location services are required for this application to function properly. Driver location may be tracked during active trip windows for coordination, safety, and support purposes. Trip history, route data, and communication logs may be stored for operational quality assurance and compliance purposes, in accordance with Seeda’s Privacy Policy.

Use of This App:
The Seeda Driver app is limited to approved transportation providers who operate as independent contractors. Use of this app is subject to ongoing compliance with Seeda’s platform rules, applicable transportation regulations, and all contractual agreements between the driver and Seeda LLC.
