First of all,I was surprised about the fastness of your delivery service between my orders and your delivery.At the beginning I had some doubts before placing my first orders because I have neither heard of your name nor came across it on the internet, I just randomly came across it while searching for the products I have just ordered. I made an order late night of the 14th and received them on the afternoon of 16th October , in just 1½ days.Thank you redcare, your delivery service is amazing.

the order process is horrible UX when additional security is set up using e.g. MFA. switching between apps always resets the payment process.

The payment method webview closes automatically whenever I switch to another app. For example, during a PayPal payment, I opened Google Authenticator to copy a code, and when I returned, the PayPal payment flow had already been dismissed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Shop Apotheke. The vouchers they send to customers are completely useless. We tried to redeem them on several occasions, but without any success. They cannot be used if a product already has a discount – and almost everything on their site is “on discount.” In practice, this makes the vouchers impossible to use. It feels misleading and unfair. Rather than rewarding loyal customers, Shop Apotheke hides behind sneaky conditions that render their offers meaningless.
