This is what online dating should look like. You get a few profiles every day, so there is no way to do endless scrolling. If there is a match, you pay for the first drink, and then you schedule a date. No bs premium subscriptions. No useless “boosts”. No persuasive design copy like “Somebody liked you but you can’t know who until you pay!” I’m happy to support the only company that seems to actually care about cultivating a pleasant dating experience for their users.

It has a lot of potential, and its the first app that I've seen that seems to promote zero-timewasting when it comes to dating. update: its infuriatingly rigid. I want to cancel a date (for a very very genuine reason) and just offer an exchange of numbers so I can speak and plan something when I know more next week.. but essentially I have to now cancel the date, lose payment, and never get to contact them again because I cant rearrange right now. its deterring me from giving fair notice!!

In the beginning, it was working well, and I had three separate dates - I spent £21 on three tokens. Cool concept, but unfortunately, people lie about not having children and only disclose on the date rather than on their profile. I had no further matches for 3 weeks and decided to delete the app rather than wasting any more time or money. There's no ads, which was a plus, but it's what you pay for.

A total waste of time; the algorithm takes too long to figure out what you are after. I attended a feedback evening with the makers of Breeze, and they seemed genuinely interested in our feedback. However, so far, they have not implemented the recommended changes. I put in my filters and they give me the opposite.
