The idea behind the app and the rewards they give out are very good. This app works great on iOS but is quite slow and a bit buggy on Android. Hope they can iron these out, but this is one of the best rewards programs!

This is much worse than the previous app - not intuitive or user-friendly at all. No idea how to add credits, oh well, I guess I just won't give good earth my money and keep using the seasonal free drink rewards 🤷♀️

I wish I could give this app less than one star. First, it did not give me any rewards points as I used the signifcant credit balance I had carried over. Second: you have to retain your physical gift card as there is no way to reload on the app itself. And it is cumbersome to see how much you have left on the app. It's like they said: What can do to make the customer experience worse? And then they did it.
