สำหรับคนที่ใช้งานไม่ได้ให้ไปตั้งค่าแอป อนุญาตการเข้าถึง การแจ้งเตือน กล้อง ไมโครโฟน ก่อนนะครับ บางที่เรายังไม่อนุญาต คุณหมอจะโทรหาไม่ได้นะครับ และปิดปุ่ม ที่ตั้งค่ายกเลิกการอนุญาตแบบอัตโนมัติกรณีแอปไม่ได้ใช้งานนานๆด้วยครับ โทรศัพท์มือถือบางรุ่นถ้าแอปไม่ได้ใช้งานนานๆระบบมันจะยกเลิกที่เราตั้งค่าไว้เองเพื่อประหยัดแบตเตอรี่ ก่อนถึงวันนัดให้เข้าไปที่การตั้งค่า เลือก แอป แล้วดูที่แอป Dms ว่าเราอนุญาตการเข้าถึง การแจ้งเตือน ไมค์และกล้องแล้วหรือยัง
