Limited range (central Varna & Sea garden), 5 mins free per day means per 24h, not per calendar day! The app is sometimes slow to send the data to the system when you have finished your ride - I was overcharged a few times. No biggie for the amount, just leaves a bitter taste especially as the support team is unwilling to recognize that the customer shall not pay for a system error. Will be more hesitant to use again unless there is no alternative. Advice: Take screenshots of everything, guys!

5 free minutes advertised everywhere, but I was charged 2lv for a 4 minute ride. They don't answer the support email and there is no other option to contact or dispute the charge.
