The Healthica service is free to use, but by registering for the Premium Service, you can use the following services.

→You can see all the nutrients (carbohydrates, lipids, protein, salt, dietary fiber, sugar) of the meals you eat. It will help you to visualize your nutritional excess and deficiency and support your diet management.

・Advice for each meal
→You can get advice from a registered dietitian by recording just one meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

・Image analysis function
→Just by reading the image, the meal is automatically identified and calories and nutrients are automatically calculated.
