Great app for beginners or advance. I am a higher belt and it's the small technical details that were left out when I was taught that make the world of difference.great fundamentals as well as understanding advanced techniques. I also like how it's broke down into positions.

Roger is one of the best teachers and his techniques are amazing! The reason for giving it four stars instead of 5 is I'm unable to cast it to the TV and the app shuts down whenever I try to do that. Only able to watch it on the mobile phone
