please fix English subtitles so they can translate everything that is said in a language other than English episodes talent shows and girl group episodes and also fix download issues

Love the content, but the app quality is really bad yall. Wront subtitles, quality drops all of a sudden, sometimes video just doesn't load. if it was a free app I'd be like "ok" but we're acc paying for this, so do better, please?

More about the service than app. I've been a paid subscriber for 5 years and the new "ads" between every. single. episode. is TOO MUCH. Please stop the crazy proliferation of ads. I pay to NOT have ads. If I still have ads, I will stop paying. Content and ux is good but the ads are so annoying it is overshadowing the content I love. STOP THE ADS.
