GETTING STARTED
If you’re already a Business Internet Banking customer, you’ll need your:
• Business Internet Banking login details
• Card and card reader
If you don’t have an account with us yet, you can apply via the app if:
• You’re at least 18 years old
• You’re a UK resident
• You’re a sole trader or director of the business
• Your business has an annual turnover of £25m or less
If you have a limited company:
• It must have been registered with Companies House for at least four days
• The Companies House register must not have changed in the past four days
• It must have an ‘active’ status on the Companies House register

KEEPING YOU SAFE ONLINE
We use the latest online security to protect your money, your information and your privacy. Our app checks your details, your device and its software for security before you log in. If your phone is lost or stolen, we can block it from being used to try and access your accounts.

this app is fantastic, it's easy to navigate through and to send money, BOS have really listened to their customers and made things simpler throughout their internet banking app
The app is great, but for one thing, in my view. If you chose the wrong payee by mistake, you have to go back to the start to select the correct payee. It would be better without that rigmarole.
cannot see full page on screen. forever scrolling down to press continue.
Poor mobile app. Still no notifications of debits or credits. Only just introduced a credible cheque scan, after teething issues with scan recognition. Oddly, other banks in the same group have had these working for years. BOS seems to be the poor relation. Can't go paperless either via app.
impossible to register for online banking.. hostile telephone service Will remove all business and personal accounts as soon as I can access this business account
