In recognising that your ongoing health is of vital importance to both you and your family, we’ve partnered with Square Health who can provide you with expert medical assistance and wellbeing support – all accessible through the HSBC Life Online Health Services app.

Square Health is the sole provider of the following clinical health services:

• Second Medical Opinion - an extra layer of reassurance. Check a diagnosis, ask questions and get advice on treatment options by speaking to a UK-based medical specialist by video call or face-to-face.

• Remote GP Consultation - your consultation is only a call away. Talk to a UK doctor 24/7 about any health or medical concerns by video call

• Prescription Services - the easy way to get a prescription. Your Remote GP is also able to write private prescriptions without you needing to visit a clinic

• Physiotherapy - restoring movement and function. Take advantage of an initial assessment, personalised treatment plan

• Health MOT - knowledge is power. Arrange a Health MOT through the app to get tested on the status of over 20 health markers using a simple blood test kit

• Mental Health Support - looking after your mind. Access an initial video assessment with counsellors, therapists who specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychologists

As an HSBC Life policyholder you can enjoy these at no extra cost and with no consultation fees. Services available to you will depend upon the type of policy you have with us. Your children (up to age 16) can also take advantage of the Second Medical Opinion, Remote GP Consultation and Prescription Services.
