Worked until now, I don't have available codes ready in the app, I have to go to my purchase site and use the Track button to find the codes, please fix it!

Absolutely terrible experience. after signing in and giving all my details including emails and phone numbers of both me & the person I'm trying to send a parcel to I got to the "continue to payment" part I got a "oops something went wrong. saving parcel failed" page. I retried loads of times even uninstalled and reinstalled app.. then I deleted account & tried again with a different email. phoned customer service told me they couldn't help & would have to email tech support takes 24 hours
