Don't know why people are entering scores on here do it on WHS . One thing I'd like changed is the coloured boxes on scorecard results tho make it black for double red for birdie blue for bogey like it should be not like you currently have it

This was the best App to compliment any club membership which integrates with your club's system, or at least is used to be! A recent update in late January 2024 was working well with a few new features and a pleasant slight interface change. Then, on the 10th of February my automatic annual subscription of £1.99 was declined. I tried a couple of times to renew manually, but payment was still declined. I've learned that all Android phone users are affected by this but only at renewal time.

This did work ok over the past 12 months, but since a recent update, the app keeps resetting. Now everytime I try to use it I have to keep pairing the app with the club website, which is frustrating and a ball ache. Crazy thing is the club website is powered by Intelligent Golf🤦‍♂️ Can this be looked at and sorted or advised what the issue is?

Very poor customer service. Current version doesn't work ( for me on Google), doesn't look like it's been tested properly, and worst of all they won't tell the customers there's an issue until they've solved it. Wait for the poor members to find it and spend hours trying to resolve. Get it at your risk.

It's a front screen with everything locked out unless you subscribe. Now I don't know if its £1.99 for the whole thing or £1.99 for each section. Which would workout £10.00 per year for the whole thing. All of which I can do on the club Web site. So not great value. Also accessing the subscription side does not work on android phone. Samsung. So I deleted it as to much hassle.
