Downloading the NCP app means you can purchase digital monthly, quarterly, and annual season tickets, depending on your needs. Your season ticket will then be stored in the app, meaning you’ll never forget or lose a physical season ticket again!
Features of the NCP app include:
• The ability to pay as you go and access your season ticket, if you have one, in one place
• Extend your parking session in-app to save you having to go back to your car, you’ll be notified by push notifications from the app, so please ensure you have enabled notifications in your device settings to stay up to date
• One QR code for all your products
• Ability to favourite sites that you regularly visit in your favourites list
• AutoPay provides fully automatic recognition and payment at selected sites via your vehicle registration number (VRN)
• Map and list view of car parks with additional features

This app occasionally works but mostly doesn't. It says no parking available when there's loads and then won't let me pay because there's none available when there is. I have to pay more at a machine. It's infuriating! I've just downloaded it yet again to make sure it's the latest version, but I have little faith that it will work. EDIT: Well I was wrong. The update seemed to sort everything.

Not up to par with the competing apps. Often doesn't update my location - shows me at home even when other apps can work out my current location perfectly (yes all permissions needed are granted to the app). Autopay isn't ever available. The Q-park and RingGo apps are streets ahead of this shoddy effort, sadly.

Shocking , won't be using it again!! The site doesn't have a contact number, I'd spend all 3hrs worrying if Id paid for my parking ticket which has stressed me having a good time at concert. Bad reception,no signal,got a veri code but wasn't shown if the payment had been taken out.The app was constantly spinning,been trying to speak to some1 online however it's a chat which they don't respond straight away . It's over 12 hrs and I'm still no further forward, if I get charged will not be happy!
