Health in Motion is a software tool that enables you to track your health and chronic conditions. Exercise, test, and education modules cover fall prevention, knee arthritis, lung health (e.g., COPD and asthma), and dizziness. Set personal goals for your health. Use the convenient health diary to keep track of your health history, medications, hospitalizations, etc. If you have COPD or asthma, use the built-in Action Plan to monitor your lung health. Track your health and share your results with your family and care team.
