I signed up for the $15 promotion for one month. was charged the $15.99 plus $19.99 twice. So charge like $55 within minutes of each other! Try to get a refund. Customer service kept asking for a screenshot of the capsule with 7 days left. have no idea what they're talking about. I did not authorize these charges & being told is non-refundable. Wish I could upload these screenshots It's so ridiculous. Plus the outfits they suggested don't even come in my size and not my style. Seems like a scam

I'm on day 9 and it has been information overload. I said in the initial survey that I'm looking for one thing and it's giving me quite the opposite options and information. I just got my first capsule and only 2 pieces look anything like what I liked in the "inspiration" section and none of the items came in my size. If someone says they are plus size then we should see plus size options and examples, not clothing that looks like it's a size 2. I do like the AI tools in the app though.

Watch out for the auto renewal even when you select a limited subscription. Customer service is great. Didn't like that it gave me so many business options when I requested athlesure and travel. I did learn some stuff - pretty good lessons. The kicker for me though was that I missed the last couple of weeks while on the road and when I logged back on, everything was gone. I feel like if you pay for four weeks of info you should be able to keep the information. I never got a capsule wardrobe.
