Proactively manage appointment schedules: with the goal of minimizing cumbersome procedures, Doctors can proactively manage appointment schedules right in the application. The examination schedule is always visually listed on the phone screen, the Doctor can check the schedule by day, week, month or at any time.
Patient records storage and tracking: with this feature, patient records are automatically stored, the Doctor does not spend much time managing records, documents or excel files.
Online consultation feature with YouMed: this is one of the features that brings many benefits to Doctors such as:
- Optimize medical examination and treatment time
- Create connection/interaction with patients
- Limit traditional calls/messages
- Improve patient care services, integrate with digital transformation

Detailed introduction of each feature of the Doctor Workspace Application
▪ Manage examination schedule:
On the main screen, Doctors can:
- Check examination schedule
- View Patient information
- Check the "Examined" section of each patient after completing the examination

▪ Manage records:
After each examination, the Doctor will:
- Fill in the diagnosis content or add notes (if any)
- Fill in the re-examination date
- Send photos of prescriptions, test results... to the patient
- Click "Confirm" to send information to the patient

▪ Online consultation
- Doctors need to fully update information on the application
- Choose and schedule a suitable appointment
- The Doctor does not turn off the application during the registration period to receive the consultation schedule
- Ensure a stable connection speed, make the consultation call in a quiet place
- The maximum time for each consultation call is 15 minutes.
- If the Doctor wants to receive a consultation call immediately (without making an appointment) ⇒ Switch to online mode (turn on the green button).
- After finishing the consultation, the Doctor clicks "send results" to return the examination results to the patient.
