This is the official mobile app of the National Health Insurance Company - Daman. As a Daman member, you can now conveniently and securely access our electronic services using your smart phone.

The Daman App comes with a host of features that simplify your health insurance:

- The option to select your preferred language (English/Arabic)
- Book an appointment with a doctor in your network across the UAE

1. Search for providers and doctors based on availability, network coverage, proximity, and language preferences.

2. Book an appointment directly from the app once you select your preferred medical provider.

3. Reschedule or cancel any appointment directly from the app.

- One-click access to Daman's 24/7 customer care
- Easy claim submissions using your smart phone
- Locate nearby network hospitals and clinics on a map
- Schedule of insurance and health policy coverage
- Pre-approval tracking for medical procedures and pharmaceuticals

- Basic insurance renewal

Wanted to submit a reimbursement claim, however, whenever I try to enter my bank details the app keeps closing. I just updated the app yesterday. Same issue today, the app closes whenever I try to enter my bank details.

This app makes apply for claim difficult..i cannot have multiple attachment and for example for big report you have to devide it many parts due to the limitation on the size after that you discover for the report you can only attach two parts...then I called Daman about the issue I am facing and they told me to aplly through their support email... after many emails they said apply through the browser. i have wasted 3 weeks now trying to apply.I cannot think of a worse company app for many years
