I am playing this since 2015 and it is incredible how cheater and hackers are doing. When I am wining appears internet connection error which it is impossible my network is powerful. Also, I won and it was supposed to get 15 exp and the game gave me only 5 exp even on the screen showed 15 exp . I am really disappointed. It was my favorite game and loyalty but this changed everything that is why my upset downgraded it to 1 stars. Solve this inmediatelly.

I love this game, but it can feel very unfair given that cards can be given additional dice and equipments to further alter them. In my opinion, would be more fun and competitive if more focus was put onto what the cards do by themselves as a vacuum. Also, whenever I get an equipment pack from the random rewards, I feel ripped off. To be honest, it just feels like extra stuff that was put into the game that wasn't needed just so you can have more things to get besides the cards you truly want.

Survival mode is crazy unfair. Sometimes it "reconnects" after losing slight connection and the player is unable to pick a hero, making them throw away the match. As consequence, the player loses a heart in survival mode for something that wasn't completely their fault. Don't know if this problem will ever be fixed but this is definitely unfair and frustrating.

I don't know what to say. I started playing this game back in 2015 and the gameplay was alot faster. I restarted this septemeber and it's become a slow, unstable game. I'm using several devices to play and the game has issues on all of them. Please fasten the gameplay and fix the app because sometimes I just quit the game in the middle of a fight just because it takes minutes for a single round to complete and also the app closes on some of the devices. Thank you very much
