it took a little bit of work but tracling works. the issue was permissons on my phone and not the app. blua works well.

Bupa claims to offer 24/7 telehealth via the Blua app, but my experience was frustrating. Despite being told I had 3 sessions, I couldn't find a booking option anywhere in the app during the weekend. When I used the online assistant, it claimed I wasn't eligible, offering only Mon–Fri business hour calls instead. The website information is misleading, and the app is confusing and lacks the advertised functionality. A very poor and disappointing experience when I needed care.

Synching is not reliable, both mine and my coworkers steps are out by 30-40k steps.
