Awful process to set it up. You have to jump through all these hoops, with stupid password requirements, verying details multiple times, mobile AND email. And no fewer than 12 tracking beacons on the process. Lovely stuff. Then the call centre uses that awful colpilot Voip with the bad super inflection grating robovoice. I think I'll change companies.

Not allowing taking screenshots isn't the smartest idea. App is unreliable. It seems the developers aren't ever using this app. It's time Bupa fired this app product owner.
