Best bank and best banking app I've ever used. Little difficult when you first start to learn, but once you do, you find you can put notes on every transaction if you wish to remind yourself what it was actually for. Excellant. I found 1 flaw, no ability to email receipts directly from the bank app to an email address, 1 star removed.

Along with several other Australian based app accounts, yours will not let me log in today. I'm fully verified already, you know where I am and my device details. 2FA is on and I approve payments. I will NOT be supplying extra bio data nor do I agree for AI to stalk my phone. Please fix otherwise I'll need to delete the app.

50/50 chance you'll even be able to login. This app is extremely unreliable. So much so that you really are gambling being able to pay for things if you rely on it as your primary banking provider. "an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later". is the most frequent error. It's so bad that I've gone back to a big 4 bank. The additional interest rate incentives for savings accounts with Macquarie are great, but not having access to your money is a deal breaker.
