Was fine but now unplayable offline. Shame, as when on a flight and Google games fires up, or tries to and the crosswords are unplayable. Something changed, for the worse. Ok five stars again because it now works in flight mode once more.

A few glitches aside (trying to return to the menu usually crashes the app, and it keeps forgetting that I've paid for the full content; restarting the app always solves these issues) this is a great app, with puzzles that are accessible enough for a cryptic novice like me to get into but tricky enough to keep you occupied. In terms of value for money, the £5 subscription is a no-brainer really.

The clues are very poorly written. Like the wording is like it was translated from a different language and wasn't checked after. A lot of them don't even make sense with the answer either. I didn't play it for very long..

One of my favourite apps, until recently it's started blocking me from playing without a network connection, so I was out of range, and could not spend a few minutes my crossword. I bought this app, it runs local crosswords, there's no need for it to connect. Uncool.
