this is the best mental health app I've tried . it provides really relaxing exercises and also sets up timers to look at a "gratitude" list which stores you're favorite things . I definitely recommend this app . developers are doing great !
It is very helpful with talking and also giving guided meditation and breathing exercises. sometimes just wish it won't talk all robot mode. but overall a great venting space
I am sure others might find this helpful but it isn't the app for me. Like many "therapists" it simply repeats your own issues back to you and asks you how you feel about them. Then when you say your answer it asks you how you think you can make a change. It's probably great if you just want to bounce ideas off an anonymous AI tool but I'm afraid I found it more frustrating than helpful.
can't really understand the need to pay for this when I can do the same with any free AI app. answers were quite generic and didn't seem adapted to my issues at all.
This app isn't interested in talking. Instead it tries to give you suggestions all the time (do this, do that) and teaches you nothing about your psyche. It also gets stuck in loops regularly - the first setup is horrible. I am not interested in paid stuff, so this applies to the free chatbot part of the app.
