myself and most others just don't like getting comfortable and to a place where their medication is at the right dose with no side effects or very little side effects and then all the sudden they can't prescribe something or they just can't prescribe you the dosage that you need. I have however have had very good experience with border care. However, this is from me, not from everyone I've spoken to or know about who has seen them.

9 fails trying to be seen. 2nd week, cannot get a Suboxone refill. tell me "uninstall and reinstall the app" look for account dashboard to confirm I got my log in, to log back in. can't find it, ask for help, and am told I have to un/reinstall the app 1st. can I double check my PW/username 1st? before we can troubleshoot you need to log out, un/reinstall the app. welp, thanks for the help, good thing recovery isn't important right? WOW! can't remember PW. set it up a year ago, long forgotten.

Been with Boulder 3 weeks now this is the second week in a row that I've been held off from my quantity of 7 compared to me taking 3 a day at my previous doctor. So unnerving and too much bs. They kicked me out of the Pop in clinic due to an app problem " not my fault" I've been out of medication since Saturday today is Tuesday. Why they don't just send prescription to pharmacy is beyond me........ Like how many people actually relapsed from wanting help from this place. ? Come on Boulder care!
