I used Gia virtual care for the first time to get an emergency refill of my daughter's medicine and the process was so smooth and easy. I submitted the request and received a phone call about 10 minutes later asking me to submit photos of the prescription bottle. Five minutes after that a provider called, we spoke and she sent the refill to the pharmacy. I would use this service again.
Major improvement. Easier to log in and navigate. Main issue has to do with some lagging with using the provider search tool.
I got an error trying to log into the app It says "it doesn’t comply with Google’s embedded webview policy." MVP website worked fine.
Clunky and slow. You need to use website to see some benefits. Now I get rrrors when searching. Rxs are in a different app.
Basically a useless app. All of MVP's "features" are spread across multiple apps that don't work. It can't access my ID card, can't tell me what my plan benefits are, and again, everything is spread across a slew of apps. Just use the website.....
