FOR CLIENTS:

When you work with a wellness provider that uses Healthie, you’ll receive an invitation to create a Healthie account. The email that you use to create this account will allow you to log into your client portal from the web, or the Healthie mobile app. Together, you and your provider will be able to share data, and work together in real-time.

While your provider will personalize your experience, here are some of the features that may be part of your care:

Needs some polishing, but otherwise good. It'll sometimes glitch when it comes to messages and notifications, so sometimes I'll have to close and restart the app to load the messages. It won't save edited journal entries, whether changing the date or content. Sometimes it removed custom entry types my provider added, and I wish we could pay invoices on the app. But the features that do work are very convenient and much used. I appreciate the accessibility to my provider

Good functionality, but very slow. Scrolling through my journal is sluggish and stuttery, which makes it frustrating when I am trying to look at past meals and identify patterns.

This used to be great! The app made it easy for me to monitor/respond to clients on the go. Now, however, it freezes when I'm in the middle of responding. The words I try to type won't appear and then they appear all jumbled together. When I try to delete and start over I get a message asking if I want to quit the app or send feedback. I send feedback and I made sure to update the app but the same problem keeps happening. Right now, this is pretty useless.

Healthie is not a software for solo Dietitians. They fall short to take care of billing and coding issues for months and they want you to test and hunt down every key stroke for them when all you should have to do is give an error message that the software doesn't work. Do no use Dietitians. You will be sucked of time and money by this company. Zero customer support for 9 months. They make you type emails describing the problem and no phone communication.
