This app is easy to use, but I wish there was an option that can only show you your prescription that still has refills instead of scrolling, though to find your prescription that you don't use.

incredibly disappointed for such a large company to have such a clunky and incomplete app. no biometric login option. no dates on previous prescription fills. several pages to complete a single action. redundant questionnaires. no option to auto renew prescriptions. "You have to call in or request it through the app every month." get it together!

not intuitive or user-friendly at all. you wind up in circles trying to accomplish something. you think you where you need to be but then nope, you have to start over. even many times the buttons don't quite work. I reached out for help, and your chat bot was offline. it offered me the opportunity to type a message and leave it behind. their advice to me was that I can leave a rating at the bottom of each page!
