This used to be one of the better insurance apps. It was easy to use and I only had to sign in on there once, but now, it's a circus. I don't understand what happened to my wonderful app. 🫤 Please fix it.

Difficult to navigate and crashes constantly. In order to located how much you have left on your deductible, it takes too many steps. just have it on the home page. when you go to search for a provider it hard crashes out of the app. the solutions to fix the crashes listed online eventually advise you to just all customer several. What is the point of the app if I can't use it for something as basic as finding a doctor.

update again: a month later and still not able to login to the app. not able to reset password. no issue logging into a browser. strictly an issue with this garbage app. Thank God I'm switching to Anthem next year. Update: Unable to login, unable to reset password again. Please test your updates before deploying to your user base. This is getting ridiculous.
