When in-store shopping I can get some better prices than on-line shopping. An inconvenient thing is that it asks you to update the app almost every single month! After updating it last time, it no longer took my password I've been using& just said, "Something went wrong." so I tried to re-enter it repeatedly. Nothing worked, so I had to do the process of changing my password. It finally worked. Also, when shopping on-line, it doesn't list the ingrediants. Only shows front of products.
This new upgrade is hard to manage. I can't even find how much is in my account!
half the time it doesn't work. always have to resign in. tells me stuff is covered then get to check out its not. that's embarrassing as I dont have extra money to get that stuff. one trip its covered then next its not. the store will say its molina and molina says its the store. almost not worth the trouble. especially with prices shooting up but the benefits lower.
they finally fixed the app. that's great. I know this review is for the app so saying this here is useless, but they took away the grocery benefits that were keeping me afloat and changed OTC to quarterly so I can barely afford the things they refuse to cover. screw us though, right?
