I am encouraged to see i am not the only one with issues. I followed the instructions to install Drive Safe, but still get notifications to finish setup. instructions are not clear. doesn't even say where to stick the device (no comments necessary). I always had the password issues. the pin number has helped. been with state farm about 30 years. the rates are staggering.

high potential and improving but still got a few issues that make you feel they are disconnected from their customers needs and either nit getting feedback or taking it seriously. 1. this app requires battery saver to be off on your mobile device for this work. 2.It perpetually thinks the wrong person is driving when your in the car with another driver who is covered on your insurance plan. 3. it requires your location all the time, which is sus, it shouldn't need that. nefarious.
