For all of you who are trying to log into your Aetna account, then go right back to the login section. This was happening to me also when trying to log in using your username and password filled in with the Save Passkey. Delete Aetna Save Username and Password. Login with your username and password manually. You should be able to log into your account. I was using an Android device.

Aetna(CVS) sucks like all insurance companies. The app sucks it's clunky it's a pain to get around the especially the pharmacy part. Multi-billion dollar company should put a little more dollars into their app. Instead of giving it to their CEO.
