App absolutely sucks. It's designed to be my primary access to all things regarding my health insurance, yet I have been COMPLETELY unable to open it for months, despite numerous times I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it to my android phone. It takes about an hour on hold on the phone to access the information I'm *supposed* to be able to easily see with the app, all the while the hold message tries to redirect you to the app, as do the actual people once you get to them on the phone. 0 Star.
