This app has a unique security feature. Even if you use the correct user name and password, it my not allow access. Tried several times using correct info. Then I called 800 customer service and got a guy who tried but could not fix issue. Next rep. sent me to the website - a wild goose chase. I finally got some email help from them. During the conversations, I had to battle heavy accents and noisy phone lines. I ended up getting erased and had to re-register. Grrrr!

App freezes can't click on rewards so I can receive them

This is the least functional app I have had - any app for any purpose. After today's update, it won't even load the login page. It is now officially as useless as the desktop Member website.
