I appreciate that shows me how I'm sleeping and the quality of rest I'm getting. I t makes you more accountable in how well you're using the machine. I also like how it breaks down my stats so I am aware if I've had any occurrences, or if I need to adjust my levels.

very unreliable. the app works fine one day and then doesn't update or record the right usage time the next. I shouldn't be having to sync data all the time. And then even then, it doesn't sync correctly. I uninstalled it once because of being fed up with it. I've cleared the cache, I've tried clearing the data, uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I don't know if it's my phone connectivity or the app or both.

update 3/2025- ok obviously the flashing is supposed to happen - it is uploading my usage now. Added stars Worked great.. now it keeps flashing & won't upload my report. Shame cause it was 5 stars but sadly if it doesn't work it's a 1 star

The information this app provides is nearly useless. The "clinical" information --- number and hour events happen, etc-- are not listed for the user, BUT it IS sent to the sleep coach. It feels like a total fake. The app does not provide regular maintenance reminders .... Like the machine can run dry and the app does nothing. The app does not have any provisions to make changes in the machines settings. Can't see the screen on the machine? Tough luck, there's no other way to adjust settings.
