Manage care for you and your family in one convenient place. It’s simple and convenient to get personalized health reminders and information from your doctor.
The My Doctor Online app is for Kaiser Permanente Northern California members.
• Get the care that works best for common concerns, including E-visits for advice, prescriptions, and tests.
• Get timely notifications about appointments, screenings, immunizations, surgeries and procedures, pregnancy, diabetes, and more.
• See your doctor with a video visit.
• Schedule and manage primary and specialty appointments for you and your family.
• Refill prescriptions.
• View test results and other information in your medical record.
• Find doctors and medical office locations.
To get started, download and launch the app. Sign-in with your kp.org user ID and password. A Northern California member without a kp.org user ID and password can register from the app – just tap “Sign-In Help.” Once you sign-in, enable app notifications.

Decent app so far, does what I need it to do. My only problem is it's slow, way too slow. It takes some time to load whatever was clicked. Other than that, it works. Would be nice to have a "select all" function, really hate deleting all those messages individually.

I like Kaiser overall. this is about the app only. this app is clunky and difficult to use. pages load slowly, the back actions are inconsistent, the messaging system is incredibly primitive. session timeouts are silent so you could be composing a message to your doctor, hit send and find out you're no longer logged in and the txt is lost. worst of all there are actually 2 apps. this and the KP app and they overlap in some functionality making it really frustrating to know which to use 😐

The recent update is a bit more confusing & I'm only 50yo. Seriously, why not just leave simple like it was when updates are done...smh. Then I just now try to sign in & keep getting bumped out when I select "Primary Care Options" to make an appointment. I got one flag after getter bumped out that said ... "This app has a bug. Clear cache...." Then there's a button to select "Clear Cache" so, I do and continue starting over opening the app and going through the steps and then I still get bumped.

The header on the new app blocks the information at the top of the screen, and the footer is behind my phone's navigation bar. Poor design./ Update: Downgrading to 1 star. I tried to type a reply to my doctor's message, but the keyboard covers the text box, which is at the bottom of the screen, so it's impossible to scroll to see what is being typed. Android phone.
