Managing your health just got easier with the Kaiser Permanente Health Ally app, designed for patients enrolled in a diabetes or hypertension Remote Monitoring program. Once enrolled by a KP clinician, use this mobile app to seamlessly share device data with your care team.

If you aren’t enrolled and think you may qualify to participate, reach out to your care team for information.

Installed new update today per app instruction. The updated app now stalls after my biometric login. Got app to work after first cancel biometric login. After login manually app works normally.

The app is now not allowing my glucose meter to sync. It says I have Live Scan meter which I do Not. I have the same OneTuch Verio Flex. Same one I've always used. This started happening 2 days ago. I'm going to try and uninstall it. Then reinstall it. Hopefully that works.

First review was one star: Extra slow. Crashes constantly. Doesn't reliably connect to meter. Worst piece of digital garbage I have ever used. Stress of using it is itself raising my glucose levels. Update 7/20/24: Finally someone fixed most of the bugs. Update 6/23/25 refuses to sync some readings. Do not recommend it.
