You have to have a lot of patient to use the app. To start working the app requests an access to all data on your smartphone including locations, camera, documents, photo, calendars. Even if you grand all the permissions, no one related functions works fine. It cannot show nearest hospital, maps crash, camera shows nothing, and etc.

Worked well for a while, then over the last few weeks, it constantly says, "please check your internet connection" whenever I try to log in, even though my connection is fine. Very frustrating. Old review: Works well. Super easy to submit a claim. Gave 4 stars because it says it require access to my location, which makes no sense.
