This service is a covered benefit for eligible MVP members, upon renewal. Please consult your MVP membership materials for details.

The myVisitNow app has made my life so much easier!!! I have saved countless hours by avoiding the urgent care lines, travel, and waiting rooms during this unfortunate pandemic. I would recommend this app to everyone for it's ease of use, pleasant and knowledgeable doctors, as well as their customer support staff. I would give them more stars if I could! Thank you again!

Awesome except for the voice or microphone ... got some robotic or feedback. Worked great today 11/10/22 but previously not so good! Please improve it!

Interface with my Medicare advantage plan did not work. Had to call plan in order to avoid $49 copay before insurance.

Almost impossible to use as is. I can't really do anything on the app because it wants to crash every 5 seconds (not exaggerating) and it take at least 8 seconds to load anything if it even successfully loads. I need therapy and you're making me go through this app to do that..so please fix this

Awful - dont waste your time w this nonsense online or app. either the website logs out, the dr. keeps declining visits, or something causes it to kick me out of line. Its been 6 hrs and I haven't seen a doctor. I get to the front of the line and it kicks me off, I go back on to the same doctor but behind a line of 30+ patients. I get this is a high volume time but according to comments this isnt even a new problem.
