A proposta é ser um etsy brasileiro, mas na prática é um mercado livre mais caro. Artesanato mesmo tem muito pouco, oq tem é caro e brega. As taxas altas para vendedores afastam muita mercadoria de qualidade. O sistema de buscas é péssimo, não mostra itens que eu sei q estão lá e que o Google acha. O aplicativo desloga da minha conta toda hora e não consegue gerar um boleto. Resumindo, a ideia é boa, mas não foi bem implementada.

Não tem um canal para que vc reclame a plataforma sobre um pedido que não está atrasado por exemplo. Estou com um pedido que o fornecedor não atende e não tenho como reclamar ou contatar a plataforma.
