Once the exchange was officially approved, I spent several more hours preparing — packing luggage, arranging bedding, and then getting everything ready at the apartment as I had already entered it Then, without previous warning, the exchange was cancelled. I had already paid, and no refund was issued. Their response from a guy named Franck? Essentially, “it’s not our problem.”
