The apartment is very conveniently located, with a grocery store and gym nearby, and the beach just about a 7-minute walk away. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is well equipped. The maintenance company is very responsive and resolves issues quickly. One thing to note is the busy intersection nearby, which may cause some daytime noise, but it calms down at night.

lovely old space. we'll maintained, clean, well provisioned. location great for downtown exploring. close to museum, lots of restaurants and shops. would suggest that grab bars be in bathroom as toilet very low andshower stall quite slippery. as we are older folk both toilet and stall was challenging. glad thatmy husband was not an inch bigger around the Torso or h could not have gotten through the shower stall door. all in all we enjoyed the room and amenities provided.

the app is amazing, the only two features I would like to see on vrbo app are 1. beach items, Example Beach chairs, Umbrella, Wagon to carry the items to the beach, Beach toys for Kids. 2 Bicycles or Ebikes, This would make it things much easier if the customer provided this Instead of Having to bring 3 or 4 Ebikes down to the beach. these two options need to be selectable if you put in a place like Destin Florida and you are looking for homes with these two items on the list
