This is a very nice site. Wish it had more detail concerning residential home. Like how many garages, please bring back the square footage to 10,000.Plus more detailed on the description on the home.. Otherwise then that it's a nice site. This has been my go-to app for years. But now homes that are accepting backup offers show up even when you turn off pending and contingent homes. This gives the appearance that these homes are still on the market.

I used to give this app five stars. I absolutely loved this app, it was my favorite by far of all of the real estate apps. I'm not sure why but a few months ago it stopped giving the measurements of the rooms. I am someone who is very interested in the room measurements, particularly the primary bedroom as I have huge bedroom furniture. Still a great app but I wish they would rectify the situation.

App just updated..and now none of the homes that were listed as "Contingent Sale" show that tag anymore..they just show as "For Sale"..please fix this!! So tired of updates making apps worse!

They keep changing things for the sake of change, its not improving anything. Used to be able to click "list" then scroll thru those houses and then click the back button and it would go back to map. Now it exits the app. Still having the issue of auction houses listed with a $1 price, or empty land being listed with bedrooms and bathrooms. I'm aware they take the listing from the real estate agents and just post them here, but you'd think a $1, 4 bed 3 bath on 6 acres would be reviewed.

UPDATE 12/18/2025 - They keep sending me notifications for rentals when I have only have ever searched for houses for sale. If there is a way to turn that off, they keep it well hidden. I complained to them about this 2 years ago. It stopped for a while, but now they are back to the same old BS. They also keep recommending listings that I have marked as "not interested." Stop wasting my time with listings I have already told you I don't want!
