Tried to use this app on 2 trips. One to Turkiye and another to Egypt. Both times it didn't work. On the first trip, even though it said it was all sorted, I could only use phone when I had WiFi. The 2nd trip, everything looked good. I could use my phone as usual, great! Then I got the £45 extra billed on my next phone bill even though my account says I still have credit. Maybe I'm doing something wrong with the set up ( I followed the online instructions) so I don't want to give a 1 star.

Bought an esim ahead of time for my international trip and activated it. It did not work properly and created lots of problems. I would've reached out to sailey for help but I didnt have any service because their service failed me. Would not recommend unless you like to be in an international country without any service or wifi. After about 3 days into the trip it randomly decided to work but the service was extremely slow. I would give zero stars if I could.
