Connection in country was pretty fast, mostly 5G, except for the more rural areas which slowed to 4G, but that is to be expected. Tried asking for a refund because the service wasn't good. especially when trying to share the Hotspot, but after contacting help support, they do not respond immediately for a refund they responded more then an hour late, and no notification was sent to me. Terrible service and connection. Wouldn't recommend it.

Just a word of caution to those interested in purchasing the global e-sim, not all destinations are covered, and pay particular attention to 'travel tips' articles published by Holafly as they provide direct links to the global e-sim which do not work - we ended up with no connection for part of our holiday. I reached out to Holafly but the particular travel tip article has not even been updated!

Worked well, for a time, but I started encountering problems with them giving me invalid esims from the word "go" (a total of 3 times!) Sometimes their support fixed the problem in short order, sometimes they sent me in circles for 30 minutes and resolved nothing. Whether this is a scam, a flawed system, or good old-fashioned incompetence, use this service at your own risk.
